MARK V. PADILLA
Principal, Founder, RLA
Born and raised in San Antonio, founding principal Mark has a range and depth of skills that he applies to each project under his purview. Trained as a landscape architect and landscape contractor, he approaches his days balancing both the creative and technical, the macro and the micro, from managing large civic projects to the tangible understanding of materiality, ornamentation, and texture seen in custom details, paving, lighting.
CECILIA GARCIA-HOURS
Principal
Cecilia’s background includes degrees in landscape architecture, international studies and a master’s in urban planning, and she has worked extensively with diverse communities in places like Los Angeles, Santa Monica and of course San Antonio. With each project Cecilia strives to create culturally inspired environments that respond to site context and the needs of all users. Cecilia is a Texas native and joined MP in 2018.
